THE FILTER FAMILY
We implement innovative solutions for all types of projects.
The filter, an element made compulsory by the regulations of August 2008, is essential in a rainwater recovery system.
Placed upstream of the storage, it limits the entry of debris, organic and mineral materials inside the tarpaulin.
By limiting organic and mineral matter in storage, water quality is improved and the long-term sustainability of the system is promoted.
Our filtration modules are sized to withstand all types of flow rates depending on the catchment areas. (from 150 to 80 m²)
In order to meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, all our filters incorporate a hydraulic washing of the filtration screen providing better performance while reducing the frequency of maintenance.
Our ranges AQUAMAT / AQUAPOT / AQUAVERT meet most of the technical constraints encountered on new constructions or renovations.
Our filters
AQUAMAT
Principle of operation.
To be buried outside.
Isolated, or most often placed directly above a cistern, whether made of concrete, HDPE or steel.
Our range of AQUAMAT filters for underground installation, directly above a concrete or steel cistern is expanding from DN 200 to DN 800, made of 235 JR steel 6mm thick.
The installation of the filter on the cistern requires adaptability of the cistern for the connection of the evacuation pipes of filtered water in the cistern, and a perfect seal between the filter and the cistern.
The watertight pairing of the filter and the cistern makes it possible to use the filter outlet as an overflow of the cistern and to simplify the EP networks of the VRD.
All our filters are equipped with a hydraulic cleaning system whose operation is made automatic by our AQUAGEST management cabinet.
To simplify the installation of the AQUAMAT filter, the height of the filter can be adapted according to the burial height, so as to avoid the addition of additional extensions.
As our filters are made in France, we can adapt their measurements; relocate the exits, in the event of particular constraints.
Our range of AQUAMAT filters for above-ground installation is expanding from diameter 140 to diameter 800,
The envelope made of HDPE (thickness depending on the size of the filter), receives a stainless steel filter screen for models up to the inlet and outlet size DN 200 and two screens for larger sizes.
All our filters are equipped with a hydraulic cleaning system using adjustable flat jet nozzles, the operation of which is made automatic by our AQUAGEST management cabinet.
To improve the adaptability of the AQUAMAT, we offer two versions for the outlet of filtered water:
- Vertical outlet (s): under the filter
- Lateral horizontal outlet (s), reducing the difference in height between the EP inlet and the filtered water outlet.
Also optional:
- Side hatch in case of upper inaccessibility for maintenance; horizontal outlets of filtered water reducing the difference in height between the EP inlet and the filtered water outlet.
As our filters are made in France, we can adapt their measurements; relocate the exits, in the event of particular constraints.
The plans of our filters are available in DWG format (2D/3D)
AQUAPOT
The Principe of fonctionment
To be buried outside the building
Our filter range AQUAPOT A for underground installation extends from diameter 125 to diameter 500.
The filter AQUAPOT A does not require any height difference between the EP inlet and the filtered water outlet, which simplifies its implementation, including on existing networks.
The upper part of the filter allows the installation of extensions to reach the ground level (standard concrete extension size).
The filter AQUAPOT A is not hydraulically cleanable, and requires manual maintenance.
As an option, the filter can be fitted with a probe to prevent clogging.
The plans of most of our filters are available in DWG format (2D / 3D)
Inside the building
Our range of AQUAPOT filters for above-ground installation extends from diameter125 to diameter 500.
The AQUAPOT filter has been specially developed to meet the needs of without downstream EP network.
For example, when the level of the tank or the storage tank is located at a lower level than the level of the EP outlet)
Our range of AQUAPOT filters for off-ground installation is expanding from diameter125 to diameter 500.
The AQUAPOT filter has been specially developed to meet the needs of without network EP swallows.
For example, when the level of the storage tank or tank is located at a level lower than the level of the EP outlet)
The AQUAPOT filter is available in several versions:
Manual maintenance version: the filter requires the removal of the filter basket for cleaning.
The filter can be opened from above (standard version), or from below if the height required for the outlet of the basket is not sufficient. (SB).
Automatic maintenance version (NA):the filter is equipped with a cold water supply with a solenoid valve feeding a rotating nozzle for cleaning the basket, and a motorized valve (in the lower part) which ensures the drainage of contaminated water to the EU network.
Our filters being made in France, we can adapt their measures; move the exits, in the event of particular constraints.
In manual version, the AQUAPOT filter can be equipped with a filter medium allowing a clarification of water coming from green roofs,
Plans our filters are available in DWG format (2D / 3D)
AQUAVERT
Principle of operation.
Our range of AQUAVERT filters for installation on a vertical EP network from diameter125 to diameter 250.
The AQUAVERT filter requires minimal footprint compared to the AQUAMAT horizontal inlet and outlet filter.
The AQUAVERT filter can be easily integrated into existing EP downpipes.
The AQUAVERT filter can be cleaned hydraulically using one (or two) adjustable flat jet nozzles, the operation of which is made automatic by our AQUAGEST management cabinet.
