Le19M Unique location between Paris and Aubervilliers, dedicated to the creation and transmission of crafts in fashion. This 25.500 m2 complex is part of an eminently ambitious architectural and environmental approach. At the heart of the project, and intended for all audiences, the Galerie du 19M promotes the crafts of fashion and decoration and is establishing itself as the new must-see cultural venue in Paris. Opened on June 13, 2022, the Café du 19M opens its doors within the Galerie du 19M, this original space welcomes chefs, baristas, designers and other artisans recognized in their fields and offers a varied menu at affordable prices to discover in a unique setting on the green terrace.
The LUMA Tower is an artistic and cultural complex created by the LUMA Foundation of Maja Hoffman on the Parc des Ateliers in Arles in France. The site encompasses seven renovated former railway factories and a tower designed by architect Frank Gehry. The entire park hosts exhibitions, performances, live shows, conferences, presentations but also artist residencies. The Parc des Ateliers reopened on June 26, 2021.
After having been a corn exchange or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris, the monument, which opened as a museum on May 22, 2021, includes 3 m2 of exhibition space, a restaurant at 3e floor entrusted to the French chef Michel Bras and a 286-seat basement studio for performances, screenings and conferences. The museum operates in coordination with those of Pinault Collection located in Venice and presents exhibitions and artistic events throughout the year.
A complete transformation is taking place within the walls of the former Gaumont Capucines, in the ninth arrondissement of Paris. The cinema will be completely renovated to accommodate the future offices of Pathé (currently on the Champs-Élysées), seven screens, a restaurant, a bar and a pastry shop.
First used by the Grands Magasins du Louvre, then as a hotel or business center accompanied by its antique gallery, the building has been closed to the public to be renovated since August 2020. In December 2024, the sub- floor, the ground floor and the first floor will house the Fondation Cartier. The other floors will be converted into offices.
The building object of the foundation is a museum, designed by the American architect Frank Gehry, located in the Jardin d'acclimatation, in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris. It is particularly devoted to modern art and contemporary art. The inauguration of the building takes place on in the presence of François Hollande, President of the Republic.
The Stade de Nice, also called Allianz Riviera is a multifunction stadium located in the Saint Isidore district of Nice in the Alpes-Maritimes. It is inaugurated on after almost two years of construction, and includes 35 seats in its configuration for football matches. The Olympique Gymnaste Club of Nice has been a resident club there ever since. The Allianz Riviera hosted several matches of the 624 European Football Championship.
The Philharmonie de Paris, inaugurated on January 14, 2015, is made up of a 2-seat concert hall, known as “Pierre Boulez”, exhibition spaces, educational workshops and rehearsal rooms. It is part of the industrial and commercial public establishment Cité de la Musique – Philharmonie de Paris and is mainly devoted to symphonic music, benefiting from high quality acoustic equipment, but also to chamber music, jazz and world music.
The U Arena inaugurated on October 16, 2017 is an indoor stadium located just behind the Grande Arche de la Défense. The largest room in Europe, its maximum capacity is around 40 seats. The first event hosted is a concert by Rolling Stones on October 000, 19. It will host the swimming events and the final phase of water polo during the 2017 Olympic Games. With its roof of more than 2024m², rainwater recovered will be reused for watering the synthetic turf for the greater comfort of the players.
The park is the subject of a major restructuring and modernization program over ten years from 2013. This program provides for the reduction of pavilion 1 to accommodate the triangle tower which is also part of AQUAE's future projects, the modernization functional equipment, better urban integration, as well as associated shops, improvement of the energy balance and its environmental impact, a hotel accommodation program, an extension of the convention center.
